Congratulations to Jack Allanson, who has recently been promoted to the role of Design Engineer
In his newly appointed role, Jack will work closely with fellow members of the engineering design, research and development and internal sales teams providing support and advice on engineering design-related projects and our Robert Cort valve range.
Jack joined Shipham Valves almost three years ago following successful completion a 4-Year Bachelor’s and Master’s degree course in Advanced Aerospace Technologies at university.
This course provided Jack with a solid foundation in related skills including:
- Mechanical engineering
- Electrical engineering
- Specific design software
- Fluid dynamics
Jack will also become more involved in checking and approval workflow, as the engineering design team continues to deliver high standards in product design, transforming your ideas, visualising your valve and technical advice to meet our clients’ expectations.
